At BBJ Florist, we take pride in delivering beautiful and fresh floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items:
- If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please notify us within 1 hour of delivery.
- To process your refund or replacement, we require clear photographs of the flowers and the arrangement.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders canceled at least 72 hours prior to the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Same-day orders or cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
Non-Delivery:
- If your order is not delivered due to our error, we will provide a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
Exclusions:
- We cannot issue refunds for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or for unsuccessful delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
